She tried to ruin my birthday over a last-minute concert. Am I wrong for not wanting to transfer her tickets?

Last Saturday I was at my house waiting for a couple of friends to text back to figure out what to do. I literally waited for a couple of hours, and none of them texted back. I forgot about it and began watching a movie. Later that night, one of them texted me like : ‘Hey! We’re at x together’ (with the other friend who wasn’t texting me back), and I completely flipped out. I became paranoid and believed they were ignoring me on purpose, and I took it out on my friend. I almost immediately took my words back, but the damage was done, and it still is done today, even though I apologised. It’s really not that deep, and it will be ok, but I say this because I think this is where the friend who feels ‘betrayed’ is coming from; still, that’s no excuse, especially if she can’t see her reaction as problematic. I think this Redditor should definitely cut ties with this girl and not get any revenge whatsoever; she will not benefit from that; she will only benefit by being as far away as she can from her; that’s it.
